Terms of Service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of Actualio, a personal expense-tracking application operated by Ihar Lunhis. By using Actualio, you agree to these terms. Contact: igorlungis@gmail.com.

The service

Actualio helps you record expenses, organize projects and categories, and review spending and budgets. The app is currently in development. Features and availability may change, and development builds may contain errors.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials and device. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share passwords or verification codes, impersonate others, or access another user's account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your records

You retain your rights to the content you enter or upload. You authorize us and our service providers to process that content only as necessary to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful content, malicious files or other people's sensitive information without an appropriate basis.

Check amounts and keep important originals

You are responsible for verifying saved amounts, dates, categories and other details. Automated or speech-derived drafts may contain errors. Changing the app's currency preference changes the displayed currency; it does not convert existing amounts using exchange rates. Keep independent copies of receipts and records you need for tax, legal or business purposes.

No financial advice or banking service

Actualio is an organizational tool. It does not provide banking, payments, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Spending summaries depend on the information you enter and should not be treated as independently verified financial statements.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, misuse authentication, scrape private data or attempt to access infrastructure without authorization. Actualio's software, branding and design remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may use the app for its intended personal expense-tracking purposes.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a useful service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every function is error-free. Network access and third-party services may be required. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, and we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user-entered information or reliance on the app as a substitute for professional advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Stopping use and deleting an account

You can stop using Actualio at any time. Account deletion can be requested through Settings → Delete account or by contacting us. Deletion affects your account and associated records as explained in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date on this page identifies the latest version. We will provide notice of material changes where appropriate. For support or questions, contact Ihar Lunhis at igorlungis@gmail.com.
